Bell Park Bed and Breakfast and Self Catering are situated in the Central Drakensberg, in Champagne Valley, on a farm with a large garden overlooking the Bell Park Dam. The Bed & Breakfast offers a full home cooked breakfast in the sunroom overlooking the dam. Dinner on request.
Bell Park Bed and Breakfast offers two self-catering units, and two bed and breakfast rooms in the main home. The four sleepers self-catering unit is a fully equipped cottage on the premises. Furthermore, selected DStv channels form part of the offering. The cottage comprises an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, and offers a private entrance and a veranda. The two-sleeper flatlet links to the main home. It is equipped with air-conditioning and selected DStv channels. The flatlet comprises a kitchen, lounge and dining area.
In the main homestead are two bed and breakfast rooms. One has an en-suite bathroom and a king-size bed, and a twin room with access to a bathroom with a shower adjacent to the room. Each room has selected DStv channels, and breakfast served in the sun room with views of the dam. Tea- and coffee-making facilities are also available.
The Cathkin and Champagne valley provides a wide range of tourism attractions. Firstly it offers a variety of restaurants, pubs and coffee shops, quint shops, and spa treatments. Additionally, it offers hiking trails, horse riding, hot air ballooning, golf, fishing, an adventure centre, a canopy tour, putt-putt, quad bike rides, helicopter flips, e-biking, boating, swimming, Falcon Ridge Bird of Prey Centre, a reptile centre, chocolate factory and The Drakensberg Boys Choir school.
